We haven’t shared much about Insight 2026 (partly because you have kept us busy applying all the insights you received) but wanted to share a quick recap. 

First, the whole event was… well, different. We were in a high-rise office building in downtown KC, spread out over multiple spaces — which was an intentional reflection of what we wanted to do: give participants space to think, plan and collaborate.

Because we get our best ideas from our clients, we included roundtables where our guests could share best practices and struggles and ideas. There was one problem with these sessions — they were too short. So we’re starting a virtual version of these sessions! Read on to find out more. 

We’re definitely biased, but we think our Insight 2026 video captured the event perfectly, so check it out. And thanks to the clients (those not in witness protection) who were willing to get on camera and give us a shout-out. One of the biggest takeaways from Insight 2026 was that our roundtable discussions ended just as the best conversations were getting started.   

That's why we’re launching our new Virtual Roundtables—a place where you can connect with peers, share ideas, ask questions, and learn from one another in a casual, interactive setting. These one-hour discussions are designed to bring together small groups of people from across the country to tackle timely topics, share practical solutions and make new friends.

Data centers are one of the biggest challenges for cooperatives today, so they will be our topic for August roundtables.

Liveboards are a new feature coming to your Vortex, it’s our new and innovative way to view your email stats.  

They show how your emails are performing in real time and also allow you to filter statistics and data however you'd like! The liveboards also have AI capabilities on the different panels and charts so you can ask questions about your data.
